This is a special FREE online class presented by KidPass Live Stage (http://kidp.as/live). KidPass Live Stage is a free livestream series that is open for the community and showcases many of the incredible classes and instructors on KidPass.

Playful yoga class for kids designed around an adventure story in the jungle, mountains, desert, ocean, and more. We'll pay attention to breathing basics as the breath anchors us into the present moment and pays the main role in being mindful. We'll finish the yoga with a short meditation so your kids feel more calm and peaceful after the class!

Note that as a KidPass Live Stage performance, this class and your participation may be live-streamed on KidPass social media. Since it is formatted for a large audience, there will be limited instructor interaction. Pauls Pujats is a Latvian Olympic athlete competed in the 2016 Summer Olympics in pole vaulting—and is also a Triggerpoint specialist and Mindful Yoga instructor.

In his online classes with KidPass, Pauls will teach kids kindness and respect through his positivity-first classes in yoga. He knows that children are the future and that it's important for everyone—for themselves, for their families and for their communities—that they learn the right skills early on.
