Pauls Pujats is a Latvian Olympic athlete competed in the 2016 Summer Olympics in pole vaulting—and is also a Triggerpoint specialist and Mindful Yoga instructor.
In his online classes with KidPass, Pauls will teach kids kindness and respect through his positivity-first classes in yoga.
