When does my trial start?
Your trial starts when you sign up and you can start booking activities right away!
How does my trial work?
Once you have signed up, you can use your credits to book right away! Explore activities by category, location, and age range to find the perfect match for your child. Choose your activity, book the spot, and show up ready to have some fun!
Why is my credit card information needed?
A credit card is needed on file so that you have the option to buy more credits or upgrade your account seamlessly. At the end of your trial, you will automatically be enrolled in a monthly plan on KidPass, unless you cancel before your trial ends.
Does the trial auto-renew?
Yes. After your trial ends, you will automatically be enrolled in a monthly plan on KidPass, unless you cancel before your trial ends.
How do credits work?
Activities on KidPass cost varying amounts of credits based on factors like location and type of activity. You can choose to spend your credits however you’d like. You are allotted more credits at the beginning of each month and can purchase any additional credits you may need along the way.
What is your cancellation policy?
There are no commitments, and you may cancel at any time.
