Mind Body Music was developed as a means to combine play, music education and mindfulness in a way that allows children to be exactly who they are and have a blast connecting through music! On top of inspiring musicality in children and providing a space for joyous playtime, Mind Body Music classes incorporate tools and lessons that demonstrate how to be grounded, grateful and present!
