About New York Soccer Skills (at Battery Park Ball Fields)
Children's soccer programs in NYC can either be too unstructured (glorified daycare) or ultra-competitive. New York Soccer Skills believes there's a better way for kids to develop their skills and learn to love the game.
Our professional coaches provide soccer education classes to children aged 4-10. We focus on creating an engaging and fun, yet structured environment where young players can learn, grow and develop their confidence in a non-competitive setting.
Focus is on developing skills at the child's own pace, while highlighting character qualities like teamwork, persistence, and problem solving. A healthy coach-to-student ratio ensures a positive experience for each child. Drop-ins are welcome.
