If you have kids aged 2-5 years old, then this parenting workshop is for you! Join us for this interactive workshop with other Moms and the best experts in the business and come away with effective parenting techniques you can immediately use.
Leading the discussion of parenting will be Susan Nason, who teaches from the book "How to Talk to Your Kids Will Listen and Listen So Your Kids Will Talk." Susan will explore developing child discipline, offering kids autonomy, and how to praise children.
On the subject of eating and feeding our children, our speaker is Dina Rose, acclaimed author of "It's Not About the Broccoli." Dina will address the ideal way to feed your kids so they learn the valuable life-long habits of moderation, variety and proportion. An opportunity to mingle over a light lunch will follow the discussions at the MomUp Salon.
