About SocRoc Soccer (at Funworks For Kids)
The goal of SocRoc is to encourage kids to be physically active, gain confidence and learn social skills while having fun. As a certified personal trainer for eight years and a former professional soccer player, Soc Roc's founder James Christie has combined his two areas of expertise to create one of the most unique and creative fitness programs available for Manhattan’s youth.

Today, children are spending too much time watching television, playing video games and eating junk food. Child obesity is on the rise while self-confidence and overall health is on the decline. The ongoing mission of SocRoc is to fight these serious problems every step of the way.
