Coppelia Ballet Academy (at Hermosa Beach Community Center) in Hermosa Beach, CA is the perfect place to introduce your little ballerina to dance. Coppelia Ballet Academy offers ballet programs to children ages two to 10 that introduce children to the fundamentals of ballet. The dance studio believes dancing should always be fun! Through the help of story-telling and imagery, students will learn the fundamentals of ballet and develop gross motor skills in a fun, comfortable and encouraging setting. Every class at Coppelia begins with a Welcome Circle to instill a sense of unity, friendship and inclusivity. Each class ends with a game, activity or ballet story. Kids as young as two years old can register for Dancing Dolls before advancing to the Little Swans, Prima Ballerinas and CBA Spirit programs.
