Mill Valley Potters Studio

Mill Valley Potter’s Studio specializes in ceramic arts education. We offer award-winning ceramics and pottery classes for adults and children. We serve residents from Marin County, California and the greater Bay Area. We offer instruction on multiple techniques: pinching, coiling, hand-building, sculpting, throwing on the potter’s wheel and glazing. Students use their imagination to turn ideas into 3D clay projects. Our students get messy, have fun, and hone their craft! Beginning and advanced students enhance their skills and flourish.

In addition to classes, our programs offer open studio time for members to practice outside of class, the opportunity for parents to work alongside their kids, and a variety of workshops taught by in-house instructors and guest instructors from around the world. The Studio is available for private events and birthday parties for all ages. We also have a sister studio called Wheelhouse that offers private stations and 24/7 studio access.
