Most martial arts schools teach discipline and values. We offer that with the most practical self-defense system available. We offer a system of self-defense that will give you or your child the confidence to stand up for yourself and defend yourself if needed. In our experience, more confidence actually leads to fewer fights because you or your child will no longer be seen as a target.

Enshin is a martial art focused on partner training. Not only does this make the system more practical, but it provides a safe place to learn self defense and cooperation.

It’s great exercise. An intense class can not only burn up to 800 calories, but will strengthen muscles and increase flexibility at the same time. It is a fun environment to get in the best shape of your life and learn self-defense.

Lineage is important in martial arts, and our school is directly under the Grandmaster of Enshin. All of our instructors here have trained under him at one point or another, and he makes periodic trips to our school to hold seminars.
