Up Your Performance is a youth basketball program that provides a pathway for all athletes to grow as players and individuals. No matter what level or age your player is, UYP has something for them. We offer the following:

With the game of basketball evolving into a fast-paced transition style attack, we emphasize custom and high-paced drills as well as mental awareness activities that make decision-making comfortable and efficient for the players. Our coaches preach simple and effective techniques in every aspect of the game including: Dribbling, Shooting, Passing, Rebounding, Moving without the Ball, Defense and Communication. Simplicity is our key to success as it is easier to reproduce and stay consistent throughout a career. From Beginners to Professionals, all basketball players can use the methods we teach in order to become a true threat on the court.
