Through meditation and mindfulness exercises, children will explore different strategies to identify their emotions and positive ways to express and manage them.
These intentional sessions will involve books, art and crafts, props, meditation, movement and visualizations to increase engagement and provide insight and spark curiosity.

My daughter loved this class so much. Days later, she’s still talking about her teacher, Charlotte, and applying some breathing techniques she learned. Will be going back for more soon!

Absolutely lovely class - Charlotte was so welcoming and warm. My daughter was really resistant to attend without me, but Charlotte made her feel comfortable and when I came back to pick her up, so was in the best spirits. Will definitely.
