STB Training Center

Kids of all ages will love the programs offered at STB Training Center in Lorton, VA. STB Training Center is a unique training center that offers numerous group classes and personal training session in either Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Self- Defense, Strength and Conditioning, along with programs and classes for kids. STB Training Center welcome kids from ages six to 12 into their Muay Thai/ Kickboxing program where students will learn how to focus and follow directions all while being challenged. The gym's instructors will help kids develop discipline, coordination and strength in their minds and bodies. All of STB's programs are fun physically and mentally, and kids will develop fundamental and technical techniques. Even better, all classes teach kids important life lessons that they can carry throughout their entire lives.
