Clayroom

Clayroom offers pottery classes (wheel throwing and hand) for kids and adults of all ages in Potrero Hill, San Francisco, California. Held in a 3,250 sq ft neighborhood studio, Clayroom is dedicated to creating a welcoming space for all to meet and engage in a creative outlet. It's science: working with clay is known to enhances concentration, creativity and mindfulness. Clayroom's approach to the arts of ceramics focuses on simplicity, relaxed instruction and experimentation. Kids, teens and families can take introductory 6-week classes with specific themes (think Explore Ancient Egypt and Mythical Legends) and workshops, and kids can also enroll in a weeklong summer camp all about ceramic art. Clayroom provides a playful and educational environment for you and your family. Their goal is to support you creating art while having fun.
