The Great Room (Online)

The Great Room is a family wellness center in the Columbia Waterfront that offers classes for parents, kids, and parents and kids together as well as groups and special events.

As parents in New York City, you don't need to be told that you are both surrounded by people and isolated. While more and more interactions happen online, this causes us to become disconnected from the world around us. The Great Room is a unique place where parents and caregivers can seek out or simply bump into their community. There is always something going on - all are welcome.

The Great Room know as parents no day is ever the same, whether it's our kids likes, the support we need or the challenges we face. The Great Room is a dynamic space open to all, focused on answering the community's needs and providing a safe place to explore, find solace and share joy.

The Great Room is a 1,000 square foot living room and kitchen area
with toys for all ages. Also, check out their 1,000 square foot deck and garden
with sprinklers when the weather is nice!
