At Potomac Kempo, our instructors help younger children to listen, control their bodies, and focus their minds on a given task. We will develop your child's physical agility, strength, and balance, while maintaining an expectation of respect.

While adolescents spend more time in front of screens than ever before, we encourage youth to put physical activity back into their daily lives. Our instructors motivate students with enthusiasm and a tireless demand for physical and mental effort. Your child will develop muscular strength, cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and balance through structured exercises while learning self defense. Students will be empowered to confidently interact with the world around them.
