Pastimes for a Lifetime an art and piano school in Van Nuys, California—and now, they offer online classes for everyone in the nation!
The perfect place for kids (ages 7 and up) to discover the joy of drawing and painting or playing the piano, Pastimes for a Lifetime uses authentic techniques taught in a friendly, non-competitive studio environment. In the form of after-school enrichment programs and online classes, Pastimes for a Lifetime offers small drawing and painting classes and individual piano lessons for kids, teens, adults, and seniors.
Pastimes for a Lifetime also hosts Student Art Showcases and piano concerts throughout the year that help build students' self-esteem and confidence.
Note: art supplies, piano books and other materials are available for purchase at the studio; complimentary supplies are provided for the Intro Class. For subsequent classes, supplies may be purchased from the school's student store.
