Yoga NoMa is a sweet little beginners-friendly practice space one block from the NoMa/Gallaudet U Metro (Red Line) offering affordable yoga and meditation classes and workshops taught by experienced teachers.
Yoga NoMa offers a variety of classes seven days a week so that residents, students, visitors and employees can find a class that meets their schedule. Yoga NoMa's chief mission is to bring the tools of yoga and meditation to help students access their own inner and infinite source of strength, ease, and peace.
