Manhattan Rhythmics - Roosevelt Island

Manhattan Rhythmics originally began as a platform for Rhythmic Gymnastics training, and has since developed into an inter-disciplinary program offering a range of classes including training in ballet, hip hop, lyrical jazz, modern, contemporary, stretching & flexibility, along with the inclusion of Aerial Arts with Manhattan’s respective partners.

Beyond classes, the Manhattan Rhythmics program is also extended to include a Rhythmic Gymnastics Pre-team, along with a Competitive Rhythmic Gymnastics team. The Pre-Team will allow for students to build skills and prepare themselves through similar training to the team. Once Instructors deem the student ready, they are then placed on the team. The competitive team will train multiple times a week to prepare students to compete in local, regional, & national competitions.
