About Raaka Chocolate
Raaka builds each craft chocolate bar from scratch with directly-sourced single-origin cocoa in its Red Hook factory. Tours allow guests to see firsthand how beans transform into distinctive, delicious chocolate bars. Creative methodology ranges from steaming cacao nibs over simmering red wine and aging cacao in bourbon casks to making bars with whole coconut shreds, smoked teas, or ghost peppers. Raaka always brings out the best in each bean.
