I have practiced Hatha Yoga for over 20 years and have been an instructor for over 5 years.

I have taught in studios, gyms and schools (as a teacher with the Newark Yoga Movement pre-K - high school and teacher/mentor at Fusion Academy middle/high school).

I have been involved in the Yoga community as an assistant to major teachers, helped promote individual teachers and connected musicians, editors, photographers in the field.
