Sharon Bales has been a certified early childhood teacher of 23 years at premier private schools in Texas and Florida. Including teaching at Windermere Preparatory School for the past 15 years. She is a first degree black belt in Judo and holds various colored belts of other martial arts. Sharon found a love for fitness and became a National Academy Sports Medicine certified personal trainer. Sharon’s love for health and fitness can be found throughout these programs.
