Teacher Chasity Rodgers (Online)

My name is Chasity Rodgers. I am from South Carolina in the United States. I have been married for 14 years and have 5 children (4 boys and a girl). My family enjoys doing anything outdoors, including; fishing, camping, hiking, swimming, etc. My other hobbies are crocheting and photography. I also love animals. I have 5 small dogs, 2 pot belly pigs, and around 50 chickens. I have my Bachelor's of Science in Early Childhood Education and my TESOL.

I realized that I wanted to become a teacher when my third child entered into preschool. I spent most of my time there with him, volunteering in his classroom. From there, I became a substitute teacher. I substituted grades preschool through third grade for 3 years. Later, I began my college journey for my Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education. I have recently graduated and teach online. I have been teaching online for the past year.

Throughout my journey of college and teaching, I have found my passion and love of teaching. I love teaching young children. I love watching their glowing faces when they reach another milestone in their learning. I believe children should learn through patience from the teacher, being involved in their own learning, and hands on.
