Join our Power Tots instructors for a fun and engaging physical activity curriculum blending gymnastics, yoga and movement right to your living room through our live and online content portal! Halloween Costume Dance Parties feature a fun, family friendly playlist of songs to get your kids laughing and dancing in an informal, less structured environment! Put on your favorite costume and see who will join you in class today - Fairies, Wonder Woman, Elsa? The possibilities are endless!
Classes are 30-minutes long and totally stress-free! No prior gymnastics experience required, all levels are welcome. With our small group class size of no more than 5 participants, kids get to know our Power Tots instructors and other participating kids by name. Our interactive format lets instructors see and hear your child as they work through different skills and turns, and come out of each class excited to share what they've learned with you! We give kids a much needed opportunity for positive social interaction and play, and give parents a break!
With over 30 years and more than 25,000 students enrolled, Power Tots has refined play time to deliver the kind of safe movements that are integral to helping children develop and learn - all while helping them get out the 'wiggles' during this overwhelming amount of inside time.

Getting set-up at home doesn't require any special equipment - just a little space to move and a soft surface like a yoga mat or sofa cushions.

Editor’s Tip
Power Tots team includes early elementary teachers, dancers, yoga instructors, former NCAA gymnasts and professional athletes. All teachers go through a rigorous Power Tots training, state and FBI background checks, and certification in infant, child, and adult CPR.
