Increase your little one's attention span and encourage creativity with well-planned craft time. During this class, your little one will learn their colors, shapes, and letters all while having fun with paints, watercolors, crayons, and/or markers. Each class will start with a welcome greeting, identifying basic colors, and fine motor skill exercises. We will also sing, dance, and interact with special guests (puppets). Lastly, together we will create fun and easy crafts which will make your little one proud and happy.
The primary goal is to provide an engaging experience for toddlers and preschoolers, helping them to explore the fantastic world of art and creativity.
For this class, your little one will need: watercolors or washable paint, brushes, or a round stencil sponge, crayons, markers, and watercolor paper or a paint pad. You will need scissors and glue sticks. If you have pom-poms and craft sticks, that is great but not necessary. Let’s create something beautiful today!
This is an online class that is hosted on the KidPass Digital Platform, which uses Zoom. Upon booking, you will receive a link to access the class in your booking confirmation email. Simply click on the link when it’s time for your class. Please download Zoom prior to the start of the class.

Before each class, I will send out a PDF file with a template needed for the class. Please note, the templates are very simple. Your job will be to print it out, cut it, and trace it onto a piece of watercolor paper or paint pad. You can also draw it onto construction paper if your printer is not working or is out of ink.

Lucia Pinto has been creating toys and crafts for family and friends since childhood. A born storyteller, Lucia is a preschool teacher, Montessori toy creator, and craft enthusiast of sophisticated and simple objects that inspire and delight young and old alike.
Lucia grew up in Slovakia, but her life and work have taken her around the world both as a visitor and a resident. From her hometown in Slovakia to Dubai, across the sea to New York and back again, Lucia’s exploration and immersion into these places and their cultures influence her work today.
When she isn’t indoors cutting paper, playing with bright colors, or creating toys, she can be found strolling through nature, playing with her two beloved children in the park, or practicing yoga. She resides with her husband and two children, Luca and Anna, in their downtown apartment in Washington DC.
