Your babe will celebrate the wonders of mobility, communication, and independent exploration with you in this joyful class. Animated animal poses and imaginative games help toddlers to recognize (and eventually repeat!) patterns and tap their budding creativity. Our tot-centric poses improve motor coordination, cognitive development, and socialization while kids learn about the wonders of their body.

Very friendly people, from the front dest to the instructor and the mums in the class...
my son is 16 month old and it was perfectly structure for his old. can't wait to return.

A really terrific class. No pressure on the “tots” to participate fully but lots of opportunity and certainly poses and approaches that pique their interest. A great teacher too!

Brooklyn Flow is the next evolution of Bend + Bloom Yoga. Our studio was founded in 2008 and served the community for twelve years before closing our Sackett St. doors during the Covid-19 pandemic when we launched our online platform, Brooklyn Flow. As we reopen our doors we are merging our live and online presence as Brooklyn Flow in our new home at 198 5th Ave, right around the corner from our former space.

We welcome and embrace students of all identities, abilities and backgrounds to find their unique path toward well being. We support you to experience vitality, wellbeing, and contentment in the body you are in today. In addition to yoga, we offer mindful strength training, allied therapies, as well as nutritious food and beverages in our Grounded cafe. We encourage each student to find their unique path toward well-being by offering a purposeful menu of high quality yoga, movement, meditation and workshops.

With every facet of our lives designed to distract, we offer a space to go within— where action and awareness sync to create an effortless momentum— flow. This is space to cultivate skills for presence, to practice collective care, and to impact your world. Tap in— breath, move, and recover from the daily sprint of our busy NYC lives.

We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to wellness. Through each of our different class methods, we offer dynamic alignment cues where you can explore and experiment to find what’s best for your evolving body, mind, and life each day.
