About
How would it feel to have more energy at the end of the day, eat more vegetables, and feel good about what you're serving for dinner? Or - if you found this site from a kids class or camp, how would it feel to know that your child is learning how to feed him or herself?

You know that cooking your own food is important for your health, but the obstacles seem insurmountable. There’s a busy schedule with work, commute, activities and family, and then there’s the shopping and the preparing and the cleaning up. It seems overwhelming at the end of the day to do more than reheat something purchased or pick up takeout on the way home.

No matter how busy you are, you can do it! You can eat well at home and feel good about how you and the people you love are eating.
