4 Week cartooning club. Students meet once a week with a live YoungArt instructor. All classes are held in California PST Time.
About this Event
Welcome to our Cartooning Art Club!
This is a 4-week art series. Students meet once every week at 3PM Mondays.
Each week will start with a new art project, such as drawing, painting, and clay sculpting.
Our instructor will teach with a step-by-step approach where students learn basic cartooning. Once they have built a solid foundation and keep practicing, they will be able to design a multitude of unique characters of their own.
Classes are highly interactive and students will have the opportunity to socialize and share their ideas in a fun and upbeat environment.

What you will need for the different aspects of our club:
Drawing & Painting:
- paper
- pencil
- eraser
- coloring tools of your choice ( crayons, coloring pencils, markers, pastels, or paint with water cup and brushes)
Clay Sculpture:
playdough or model magic clay
paint
paintbrush
sculpting tools (plastic butterknife or stiff cardstock)
cardstock to put your creation on
Rules for joining the class:
Please keep your microphone muted
Raise your hand if you have a question
Show your art up close to the camera when asked to share progress
No recording the lesson out of respect to other students
