Marilyn had lots of great ideas and enthusiasm. My six year old loved concocting new salads with her!

Hey kids, bring your family to class and turn your kitchen into a Food Truck. We'll prepare 2 or 3 recipes that you can cook during this fun and fast paced class. After class you all can enjoy all the Food Truck Friday dishes together and talk about your weekend family fun plans. Let's kick off the weekend a little early with HAWA YOU Family Cooking Class!

Ingredients: We are making 3 different salads, so some ingredients will be used in different salads. 3 large salad bowls Salad tongs Lettuce spinner if you have one or strainer & towel 3 bottles or small bowls with lid to make homemade dressings. Salt & Pepper Butter lettuce Spinach Sliced mushrooms Baby mixed greens Mixed berries Goat cheese crumbles Turkey bacon Olive oil 2 Chicken breast cubed Shredded carrots Apple cubed Walnuts Grapes halved Raisins Sugar-free raspberry preserves Balsamic vinegar Avocado mayo (most have no sugar added) Curry powder Turmeric powder Giardininiera mix 3 Hard boiled eggs Frying pan to cook the bacon

She specializes in a variety of curriculum for kids ages 3 to 12: English, Acting, Singing, Health, Fitness and Nutrition. She also teaches High School and Adult learners in Business, Technology & Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Marketing.
