This is a special FREE online class presented by KidPass Live Stage (https://kidp.as/live). KidPass Live Stage is a free livestream series that is open for the community and showcases many the incredible classes and instructors on KidPass.

Hey kids, bring your family to class and turn your kitchen into a Food Truck. We'll prepare 2 or 3 recipes that you can cook during this fun and fast paced class. After class you all can enjoy all the Food Truck Friday dishes together and talk about your weekend family fun plans. Let's kick off the weekend a little early with HAWA YOU Family Cooking Class!

Ingredients: Recipe 1 - Fall Festival 1 or 2 Small Pork Loins Apple Cider Apples chopped up Butternut squash cubes Carrot nickels Cinnamon (ground) Pure maple syrup Rectangle baking dish Salt and pepper Oven preheated on 375 degrees Recipe 2 - Pumpkin Custard 1 can of pumpkin 1 can unsweetened evaporated milk (cow or goat) 6 eggs Pumpkin spice (ground) Monkfruit sweetener (or other healthy sugar alternative) Mixing bowl Wisk Measuring spoons Rectangular baking dish Custard baking dishes Water Oven on 375 degrees

Marilyn had the full attention of my just-turned 6 year old. She was very engaged, asking questions, encouraging participation. We just watched so that we could make the recipe later. It was a simple but great looking meal. Can't wait to try it.

She also teaches High School and Adult learners in Business, Technology & Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Marketing.
