Hug Melody with Hug Music - KidPass Live Stage

This is a special FREE online class presented by KidPass Live Stage (http://kidp.as/live). KidPass Live Stage is a free livestream series that is open for the community and showcases many of the incredible classes and instructors on KidPass.

Hug Melody® is Hug Music's signature music group class for babies and toddlers. Hug Melody® is designed and led by two NYC-based professional musicians who are also board music therapists (MT-BC) and music educators. The class is led with high-quality live music throughout the class with various acoustic instruments with an emphasis on the importance of giving children access to live and acoustic music experiences. The class uses exclusively original compositions that are carefully designed to evoke children’s positive responses. The songs used in the class celebrate diversity by featuring various genres, feels, moods, harmonies and rhythms from all over the world. Using approaches from Music Therapy & Music Education, the class supports young children improve both musical skills and healthy development. The class has rated as "Top Notch Mommy & Me class in NYC" by Red Tricycle.

Instructors are the owners of Hug Music located in New York City who have been working with over 100 children every week over the last 7 years. Ms.Kana is also a board-certified music therapist who works with children with special needs. Her original method, Musicreative, which teaches music to children with special needs has received attention from the fields. Mr.Sasha and Ms.Kana together perform as active musicians in NYC as well.
