Mindful Start's camp is a 5-week program that offers an individualized, one-to-one, session every week for 5-weeks. During our session, Miss Stav and your child will practice gross and fine motor skills through mind-body movement, breathing, self-regulation, focus, flexibility, SEL, and relaxation.
Join Miss Stav as you dive through an imaginative journey that includes kid-friendly yoga poses, puppets, glitter jars, and Social Emotional Learning. Children learn to practice mindful exercise during their one-to-one sessions, that will carry them through the great big world!
During each weekly session, the class will cover different themes, poses, and SEL. Consistency is key! In order to take what is learned into the world, repetition is the proven way for meaningful growth.

Week 4: Magic Forest and Angry to Calm
Week 5: Focusing Journey and Distraction Awareness
About your Instructor: Stav Pinder is a triple Certified Kids Yoga Teacher, founder of Mindful Start, and creator of "My Little Yogi" on YouTube. Featured on “HiHo Kids Try: Yoga”, Stav has been practiced in yoga and childcare for more than a decade.
