Nice work out with the kids. The teacher is awesome. I have done it with my 2 kids and we loved it.

This is a special FREE online class presented by KidPass Live Stage (http://kidp.as/live). KidPass Live Stage is a free livestream series that is open for the community and showcases many of the incredible classes and instructors on KidPass.
Join Fit4MOM—the nation’s largest wellness company with programs exclusively and thoughtfully designed for moms—for one of their signature stroller Strides workouts!
Stroller Strides is a total body workout including cardio strength and core that parents can do with or without their kiddos. All you need is a resistance band, a set of weights or a weighted household item like canned goods (or a bottle of wine!). Psst: at the very end, kids might even get a special story time!

This is an online class that is hosted on the KidPass Digital Platform, which uses Zoom. Upon booking, you will receive a link to access the class in your booking confirmation email. Simply click on the link when it's time for your class. Please download Zoom prior to the start of the class.
Note that as a KidPass Live Stage performance, this class and your participation may be live-streamed on KidPass social media. Since it is formatted for a large audience, there will be limited instructor interaction.
