About
I will utilize different texts to help your child work on their comprehension skills! I will tailor the text to your child's age! I will read the story/book to them and then ask them comprehension questions to help them. If they don't know an answer right away we will talk about how we can find the answer and I will guide them to the correct answer.
When to arrive:

Ms Hernandez is very encouraging. My usually a bit shy daughter is eager to raise her hand to answer questions. The class is well structured with 3 books.

Excellent selection of books, she kept the kids engaged and the activity was very fun. She is very sweet! We will definitely do more classes with her!

About
Larissa Ashley Hernandez is an elementary school teacher who can't wait to read aloud to your kid. As a child, she always loved school—so she became a teacher! After getting her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood from The College of New Jersey, she started teaching elementary school science. But, even while teaching science, Ms. Hernandez has also always had a passion for storytime and reading aloud to students, cousins, siblings and her own children. Now, on KidPass, she gets to read to your child, too!
