This is a special FREE online class presented by KidPass Live Stage (https://kidp.as/freelivestage). KidPass Live Stage is a free livestream series that is open for the community and showcases many of the incredible classes and instructors on KidPass.
Become a junior Paleontologist as we learn about Carnivore and Herbivore dinosaurs! The students will learn the word Paleontology and will begin to understand that special scientists use fossils to learn about plants and animals of the past. Students will begin to develop an understanding that dinosaurs can be grouped into categories based on what they ate, learning specifically about meat eaters and plant eaters.
Note that as a KidPass Live Stage performance, this class and your participation may be posted on KidPass social media. Since it is formatted for a large audience, there will be limited instructor interaction. If you enjoy the class, please visit the instructor's KidPass page where you can find other class offerings and formats including small-group, interactive classes. Calling all scientists-in-the-making! Children will love exploring STEAM concepts with Snapology, an educational program that combines play with education to provide children with a fun, interactive environment to learn STEAM. Children will be introduced to science, technology, engineering, art math, robotics and even video game design concepts using Lego bricks, K’Nex and other tools. Register your budding engineer, mathematician or scientists (their programs are designed for children ages one to 10 years old) in a drop-in session that's both interactive and educational! Class themes include Basic Engineering, Brick Art and Design Lab, Amusement Park Engineering, Sports Science, Space Wars Robotics, Video Game Design and more!
