This is a special FREE online class presented by KidPass Live Stage (https://kidp.as/live). KidPass Live Stage is a free livestream series that is open for the community showcases many the incredible classes instructors on KidPass.
BaoBao Singalong @home, a 30-minute virtual Mandarin immersion music class, is a fun introduction to the language for both children and grownups alike. Sing and learn Mandarin with your child! The class introduces children to the Mandarin Chinese language while singing, learning rhythms, and moving their bodies. Through a lively curriculum that seamlessly combines music and Mandarin, children get familiar with the sounds and intonations Mandarin. Caretakers are little ones' learning partners and participation the caretakers will maximize the benefits for the children.
Our music curriculum has been developed fine tuned over the years by a team music teachers, all Mandarin native speakers, with graduate degrees in music education. All the teachers are fluent Mandarin speakers who have completed the Mandarin Seeds music teacher training program.
Background in Mandarin is not required.

Since it is formatted for a large audience, there will be limited instructor interaction. About
Mandarin Seeds is a Mandarin Chinese language center for children all ages. Our slogan says it all, "where Mandarin is a playground". Our vision is to create a playful immersion environment where children will discover joy in learning Mandarin, as well as cultivating a lifelong passion and appreciation the Chinese language and culture.
Founded in 2008 by two New York City mothers who shared the same passion for Chinese language, they started their first Mommy & Me Mandarin class for their children. Today, Mandarin Seeds has grown to offer Mommy & Me program, Immersion program for preschool age children, and after school Mandarin program for elementary school age children.
Our teaching philosophy is discovery-based and child-centered. Each child is given individual attention; we respect different learning styles and diverse backgrounds of our students. What we teach at Mandarin Seeds is beyond a language. We are opening doors and building bridges to connect our children to a multi-lingual and multi-cultural world

Our mission is to cultivate love and appreciation the Chinese Mandarin language at an early age so that our children will enjoy learning it in the many years to come. Learning Mandarin is a life skill.
