Using your kid’s favorite storybook we will explore the many layers of theatre making. We will use movement, sound and song, and homemade props to bring the themes and characters to life. All uniquely tailored for each kid! If there is more than one kid we will enjoy the thrill of collaboration! This booking allows 1 child to participate in this activity.

Hannah Allen is a Brooklyn based teaching artist, theater maker and choreographer. She graduated from NYU Tisch with a BFA in Theatre. During the school year Hannah works for Story Pirates, 52nd Street Project and Atlantic Acting School teaching story writing, sketch comedy, and choreography. Hannah’s work focuses on introducing students to new ways of self-expression and exploration. She has spent the past 8 summers working for various camps, including 2 years running theatre and outdoor education for English immersion in the hills of Tuscany. As the youngest of 5, Hannah grew up exploring the endless possibilities of the imagination inside her own house with her family.
