Bring your little one (ages 2 - 6 years) to enjoy a great workout where you use your child as a weight and/or partner with them to play different games and fitness activities fun for the entire family. Exercises include, lunge, squat, bear crawl, crab walk, body rock, potato sack race, three leg race, tug or war, dice roll game, hot potato, duck duck goose, hot stone lava, pushups, burpees, jumping jacks, and so much more!!!
When to arrive:

Wear comfortable clothes and bring a drink. Price for class is for entire family! Not per person.

Everything about this class was fun. The facilitator is lovely and the participating families are as well! Such a great 45 minutes spent on a Sunday afternoon!

The facilitator was energetic and full of great activities to get the children moving. I attempted to ignore the age requirement and took my 20 month old, she wasn't ready to follow directions but still engaged and eventually had fun. Don't make my mistake.

BondFitNYC is for parents that enjoy a fun workout with their child. My class involves lots of fun and easy exercises for the entire family. I introduce classes with a music theme, from toddler sing-a-longs to Pop. I teach basic exercises (some of my very own) that focus on the core, arm and leg areas. Parents can use their child as a weight. I also incorporate fun games such as potato sack race, obstacle courses, ladder drills and more! It provides a great opportunity for parents to BOND with their little one(s) and get FIT.
