Hip Hop Lit Squad

This fun, interactive and high energy dance class is geared towards young movers new to hip hop. All participants will be introduced to the energy, style and movements of hip hop dance while having fun, making new friends and building strength. Come dance, be in the "squad" and have a great time! Class designed for 8-13 year olds. All levels welcome!
When to arrive:
10 minutes before
Additional details:
Class is free, no special equipment needed. Kids should wear clothes they can move and sweat in, and comfortable sneakers or bare feet. Please bring a water bottle, filtered water is available.
Adults must sign students in and out of class, but are not required to be present the whole time.

Since the beginning, we’ve been inspired by everything women and girls are capable of, whether they’re serious athletes or just getting into fitness. We started this company because we recognized that women were underserved in sports. It was hard to find apparel that fit right and worked for women’s bodies and needs. And we’ve seen firsthand how fitness nourishes the mind, body and heart, and opens up new worlds for us. Most importantly, what we have learned along this journey is that alone we are strong, but united we thrive. Our more than 130 stores have become hubs for their communities to meet, inspire and ignite each other into realizing their limitless potential. For all women and girls, no matter our body types or sports ability, there is no end to what is possible when we join together. That is the Power of She.
