Our chocolate making classes serve as a great activity for any special occasion, a corporate team building exercise- or just because! A perfect opportunity to make custom chocolate gifts for all your friends & family or purchase a class as a gift! Whatever the case maybe, we’ve got plenty of chocolate to go around. Custom gift packaging and gift certificates are available upon request, too! Spend your lesson in our chocolate factory learning everything from cultivating, tempering, tasting, coating to decorating your own delicious chocolate delicacies. Make popular treats like chocolate mustache lollipops, caramel kisses, chocolate bars, mendients, grignotines (french chocolate clusters of dried fruit & nuts), or even invent your own!

Included in price: all the chocolate you make (which is usually a couple of big bags of chocolate), beautiful gift packaging, as well as some tips, tricks & recipes. All of our classes range from an 45 minutes to 1 hour and are held at our chocolate factory & cafe on the Lower East Side at 254 Broome (right around the corner from the Tenement Museum between Orchard & Ludlow.
