We’ve designed a fun and energetic class that incorporates dance fitness along with a great overall workout. This class is a great supplement for sports training and also a way to have fun in a non-competitive and safe atmosphere. The Beat is set to fun music with continuous movement that keeps the energy up and the students engaged. Also stretching and yoga elements included to teach stress relief and breathing techniques. A perfect class for every student!
