At Get Hooked, children have the opportunity to learn about the wildlife living in the waters surrounding Randall’s Island. Activities include: fishing (catch and release), games, arts and crafts and more. Come out to the Park to learn, explore and fish! All equipment is provided. Suitable for ages 7+ and up.

Randall's Island Park Alliance, Inc. (RIPA) was founded in 1992 as a public-private partnership to work on behalf of Randall’s Island Park, located in the East River between East Harlem, the South Bronx and Astoria, Queens. In May 2010, RIPA finished rebuilding over 60 new athletic playing fields.
