HeartBeats with Curated Care at City Treehouse

About
HeartBeats introduces infants and toddlers to “rhythm” and “beat”. Beginning with our own bodies as our percussive instruments, we'll explore the idea that music, in particular rhythm, is all around us. Using classic songs (“All You Need is Love”, “Love Rollercoaster”, “Crazy Little Thing Called Love”) with interesting and varied rhythms, we'll explore beats first with our bodies and next with proper percussive instruments. Drawing on elements of pattern creation and mimicry as well as percussive improvisation, little ones will hone listening skills and build a deeper appreciation of music.
