Our Snowflakes Kids program focuses on speed, agility, balance and flexibility. In a typical class, kids will learn to safely lift objects, practice lunges, squats, jumping, springing, pushups and other unique drills that can be transferred to everyday movements outside of the gym.
The goal of our program is to safely foster a love for fitness, while building self-esteem, leadership skills and good sportsmanship. Similar to adult fitness classes, teamwork and a sense of community are also an integral part of the program. Each class is designed to focus on key functional movements, which progress over each 3 month program. Workouts and games incorporate these movements, creating a FUN environment to build well-rounded athletes.
