Know & Do Ninja Training: Physical & Mental Fitness (Pre-recorded)
Sun Dojo Martial Arts & Fitness
- Windsor Terrace
- Ages: 7 - 11 Years
- Category: Martial Arts
Know & Do Ninja specializes in child development through a holistic approach to movement. Classes foster strength, agility and coordination by combining traditional Martial arts skills with interval training. While your child is moving their body and reducing their stress, they are reminded of the value of emotional intelligence such as patience, self control and self - motivation. Your child should leave class feeling better in their bodies and saying "Yes, I can!"
Classes are designed by Professor Laurel who owned and operated a Martial Arts school for over ten years and has a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. For the past ten years she has taught Martial Arts and self - defense to both children and adults and spearheaded an in - school Martial Arts program for third - graders.
The "Ninjas" who are performing the video have been training Martial Arts since they were four years - old and currently study CrossXFit & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Professor Laurel is dedicated to helping children & teens develop resiliency in the face of challenges. Enjoy!!!
