Love to dance? Party yourself into Shape! Enjoy 40 minutes of Fun Dance followed by 10 minutes of Abs+ thighs. Enjoy your workout while the kids enjoy on-site childcare with arts and crafts and other activities for the kids.

The purpose of this class is not only to provide a platform for moms to get some exercise but to have that time for themselves, dance, interact and make friends while your child(ren) are taken care of.
