WoodShop Art Class

Look What I Made!' are the four little words that sum up what WoodShop is all about! We begin with active story time to help get the wiggles out and the giggles in! Then comes the inspiration - we read a story based on the craft our little artist will paint. Finally, the artists get to decorate a wooden craft - no hammers, nails or weapons of mass destruction - our tools are fingers, paints, brushes, crayons and most importantly Imagination! We're building a sense of wonder, a feeling of accomplishment and something for them to show with pride (we're told many of our artists sleep with their creations by their bed!).
