Junior Drama at The Secret Theatre

About
Spring/Summer Semester 2020

Our Musical Theatre and Junior Drama Teacher, Mary Lauren, has been with us for over 4 years now and loves to help students develop and grow. We also provide individual coaching for those of our students preparing for their performing arts school auditions.

Young performers build confidence and begin to develop their skills as stage actors. In this class, teacher Mary Lauren leads a mixture of drama games, scene analysis, and character exploration guaranteed to bring even the shyest first-timers out of their shells. We have been thrilled to see our students excel not only onstage, but in every area of their lives. Junior Drama students consistently acquire improved public speaking skills, greater social confidence, and an instinct for team work. Final showcases are at the end of the semester, and all classes perform.
