About
Our No Mommy Just Me instructional program provides a learning environment for your little one to grow physically and socially without having to be completely separated from Mom or Dad. The instructor will guide your little one in activities that encourage gross/fine motor development, hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness and movement exploration. Equipment includes hula-hoops, climbing ropes, balance beams, tunnels, trampolines, and of course the awe-inspiring loose foam pit. This fun-filled class, captivates youngsters as they are constantly singing, hoping, swinging, bouncing, and taking turns on trampolines, trapeze swings, Tumbl trak, only to finish with 'I Can DO IT Time!' Our Tiny Bears finish their class feeling terrific that they completed so many new skills on their own. This is yet another very rewarding program that will captivate your child’s imagination as they move through the wonderful world of gymnastics.

2010 was a first years as we celebrated the Grand Opening of Farmingdale Gymnastics Academy (FGA) the introduction of a brand new state of the art facility with a highly qualified and motivated staff. Our philosophy or mission is teaching gymnastics using a balanced approach. We will be mindful of the physical, emotional and mental development and health of our gymnasts as we create a fun and safe sports environment. Hard work and dedication from our staff of gymnastics coaches, along with FGA’s parents and athletes truly set the pace for our competitive teams and class gymnastics.

Editor’s Tip
Taryn comes to FGA with 16 years of coaching experience. Her passion is not only to teach gymnastics skills but lifelong lessons that the children will use into adulthood. She is also an aquatics director, pre-school teacher, athletic trainer, and personal trainer.
