Judo Training for Kids
Participants will be instructed on how to use their bodyweight to perform exercises necessary to perform Judo techniques. These exercises will establish a strong base for any future athletic endeavors your child will want to participate in. Training includes throws, rolls falls,caleisthenics and plyometrics, which together will work to increase strength, speed, balance and conditioning. In this age appropiate environment, your child can become the next generation of Judokas; they will take the discipline and focus learned in their lessons, and will be able to apply to all aspects of their lives.
